Is there more data splitting up 18-29 from 18-24 and 25-29? I want to see how first time voters become second time voters after a midterm or general election

@Joshua Clark The TargetSmart non-religious model is built based on self-reported data from surveys. It uses a variety of inputs for modeling it across the voter file, the largest of which are individual demographics such as age, geographic data on contributions to specific types of organizations from FEC data, and census information.
